Michigan Grizzlies
After going undefeated our inaugural tournament, and taking home the Great Lax Box Championship, Team Michigan and the Grand Rapids Grizzlies of the NABLL have teamed up to continue elevating the level of box lacrosse Team Michigan has to offer. This year, we expand our offerings to the Bantam level, add two tournaments, and move to a larger 'barn' so we can dominate the midwest box scene. This is not your average box program. Our expectations are extremely high for our players. From wall ball in your own time, to maintaining quality grades, our program is dedicated to the elite student athlete.
Box has become the staple of most team offenses for field lacrosse across the country. Exposing our players to this is extremely important to the growth of their IQ and reaction times. Top players and programs around the country embrace box. For us to be able to compete at a high level, we must also incorporate it into Team Michigan.
- We're going to be open to practice players (They must be able to pass the requirements to be on the team
- We'll be offering A la carte options to give more kids exposure to this and also give the flexibility to attend 1 or more and still get other winter activities in.
